1. The service
Stonkrain is a non-custodial interface to StonkFun's external public integration service and Solana mainnet. It helps you read public market data, prepare a token launch, sign with your own wallet and submit the signed transaction to StonkFun.
Stonkrain does not operate StonkFun, Solana, Raydium, Jupiter, DexScreener, Solscan, wallet software or asset gateways. Those services remain independent and can change or stop without notice.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By using Stonkrain, you accept these terms and confirm that you can lawfully use the service where you live.
- You have the legal capacity needed to approve mainnet transactions.
- You will follow sanctions, securities, consumer, tax and other laws that apply to you.
- You will not use Stonkrain to hide unlawful activity or evade access restrictions.
3. Your wallet and custody
You keep control of your wallet and private keys. Stonkrain never asks for a seed phrase or private key, and the server does not sign for you.
A connected wallet may expose your public address and supported signing methods. Your wallet provider applies its own terms and privacy practices.
4. Mainnet transactions are irreversible
Every approved launch or claim transaction is a real Solana mainnet action. A confirmed payment, mint, pool, transfer fee, airdrop, swap, claim or burn cannot be canceled or reversed through Stonkrain.
Review the network, destination, SOL amount, quote mint, launch mode, fee settings and expiry before signing. Do not approve a transaction you do not understand.
5. Launches and permanent settings
A successful launch creates a fixed-supply token and market through StonkFun's production backend. The external provider controls mint creation, pool creation, liquidity handling and final submission.
Reward launches use Token-2022 transfer fees of 1% or 3%. The selected rate is set at launch and is intended to remain permanent. Wallets, exchanges and protocols may not support transfer-fee tokens correctly.
6. Payments and processing recovery
A launch quote expires. You authorize the quoted SOL payment by signing the exact unsigned transaction returned by the provider.
A paid launch may remain in processing after the payment confirms. Use the payment signature to check status. Do not make a second payment unless the provider clearly reports that the earlier attempt was not charged.
7. Fees and network costs
You pay the launch fee, any developer-buy or airdrop amount you select, Solana network fees and any wallet or third-party charges shown before approval.
Quotes can expire or change. Stonkrain does not reimburse network fees, provider fees, price movement, failed third-party execution or payments sent after a quote expires.
8. Holder rewards
Reward distributions are operated by StonkFun. Newer reward launches fund distributions through a permanent transfer tax. Earlier provider launches can use a different pool-fee model.
Distribution timing, eligible holders, quote-token pricing and transaction success depend on the external provider and public networks. A displayed reward amount is not a promise of future payment.
9. Creator fees and claims
Creator fee amounts come from public provider data. A claim requires the eligible fee-key wallet to sign an expiring mainnet transaction.
Stonkrain cannot recover an ineligible wallet, change the provider's creator record or guarantee that a quoted amount remains claimable when you submit.
10. Market data and valuations
Prices, market capitalization, volume, rewards, revenue and burn values come from external APIs and onchain records. They can be delayed, incomplete, unpriced or wrong.
A USD value is an estimate. It may use a current quote-asset price rather than the price at the time of a launch, payout, buyback or burn.
11. No advice or fiduciary duty
Stonkrain provides software and public data. Nothing in the service is investment, legal, tax, accounting or security advice. No feature creates a fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership or custody relationship.
12. No offering or promise of value
Stonkrain does not promise liquidity, listings, holder rewards, revenue, buybacks, price support, market value or profit. A launch can lose all market value immediately.
13. Your content and token
You are responsible for each name, symbol, image, link, description and wallet address you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use that content.
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, confidential or malicious content. Token metadata can become public and permanent through the provider or a decentralized storage network.
14. Prohibited conduct
Do not misuse Stonkrain or its provider routes.
- Do not request, transmit or attempt to extract private keys or seed phrases.
- Do not bypass input limits, rate limits, origin restrictions or wallet checks.
- Do not interfere with the service, other users, external providers or Solana.
- Do not use deceptive metadata, malware, credential theft or unauthorized content.
15. Third-party services
StonkFun, Solana, Raydium, Jupiter, DexScreener, Solscan, wallet software and asset hosts apply their own terms. Stonkrain does not control their availability, security, execution, fees or data practices.
16. Availability and changes
Stonkrain and its external provider routes are offered as available. Features, supported quote mints, fees, rate limits and provider behavior can change or stop. Maintenance, congestion or an upstream outage can interrupt a launch or claim.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, Stonkrain is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, accuracy, transaction success, liquidity or financial performance.
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the people providing Stonkrain are not liable for losses caused by wallet use, signed transactions, external providers, smart contracts, token settings, quote assets, market activity, unavailable data or unauthorized access.
19. Taxes and regulation
You are responsible for tax reporting, licenses, disclosures, registrations and restrictions that apply to your launch, token, rewards, fees, trades and claims. Stonkrain does not calculate or withhold taxes.
20. Changes and contact
These terms can change when the service, provider contract or law changes. The updated date identifies the current version.
Use the project channel through which Stonkrain was shared for questions. Never send a seed phrase, private key, signed transaction or opaque launch quote through a support message.
